Overview
The Exiled Demon Prince is a fantasy VN/RPG hybrid for players who want a slower, story-driven harem experience with real character choices. The tone stays grounded, favoring personal growth and relationships over spectacle.
Story
Illidan, third prince of a demon empire, is cast out into human lands after his own mother arranges his downfall. Stripped of his standing and left to survive among strangers, he sets out to rebuild his strength and understand why he was betrayed. The people he meets along the way draw him deeper into a larger truth about his past and the nature of the world itself.
Gameplay
Play centers on guiding Illidan through choices that shape his stats, relationships, and standing with the companions he meets. Progression is handled through an RPG-style stat system, with a perk mechanic called Scriptures letting players read through chapters and pages to earn small bonuses or unlock stronger passive effects tied to specific stats. Between story events, the game opens into a sandbox structure where players can manage Illidan's growth and pursue bonds with different characters at their own pace.

- New enemy sprites! They are all made by aekashics and look great! With that I went ahead and replaced all remaining AI art in the game
- You can now redeem a small but nice gift for visiting the game's itch page.
- Important! Fixed compability with older devices by converting all "avif" images back to "webp" format. The .avif format, while better for compression, is much slower and straight up doesn't work on many devices, including every device with Android 11 and earlier. If your game used to crash during the academy's opening ceremony, this means you are affected and will be able to play now.

- New location - Roxy's Ranch. Perhaps a certain bartender can show you the way?(Quest requires completing 2 General Knowledge lectures and 5 lectures in total to trigger)

- Small improvements to the UI.
- The fishing "sweet spot" is now 2x bigger - this makes fishing pretty easy now. This is only a temporary change, so even those suffering from a severe skill issue can get some protein into their diet. I will balance fishing difficulty when I introduce fishing rods, maybe next update.
- The text size of "character thinking" can now be adjusted.
- Added "Auto-fulfill quest requirements" to cheat options - This affects people at Tier 2 or higher. Now there's a special toggle option which allows you to omit certain requirements like "reach x talent level" or "deliver y items". With this option toggled, you will always be considered to have fulfilled those requirements even if you're level 1 with an empty inventory. This applies to quests, academy lectures, and any other content with similar requirements.
